Supercharged Marketing Sprints are a 5-day workshop-style sprint guided by a seasoned marketing coach who acts as a force multiplier of the knowledge and strengths of your team.

We work collaboratively with your team and key senior stakeholders to bring all your great internal talent into the process in an efficient and focused way.

Supercharged Marketing Sprints are designed using tested frameworks and processes to prepare robust campaign plans, distill down to the essence of your message and create campaign assets that perform.

    • Interview cross-functional and senior stakeholers to surface insights and information critical to campaign success (prospect/customer insights, competitor intel, product info, etc.)

    • Core marketing team reviews day 1 inputs to feed into their respective areas

    • Guided exercises to flesh out all parts of the campaign plan including audience, phases, messaging, channels, offer, budget and forecast

    • Deep focus on creative brief for copy & design

  • Goal: Creative team creates hero asset

    Activities: 

    • Creative ideation and iteration, with team input as needed 

    • Campaign lead continues work on campaign plan

  • Goal: Approve hero asset

    Activities: 

    • Internal stakeholder review & collaboration

    • Lay down of the entire campaign so you can see all assets together

    • External testing if required (i.e., customer or prospect panel)

    • Launch channels & budget agreed

  • Goal: Fine tune and preparation for go live

    Activities:

    • Incorporate review & test feedback

    • Create asset suites
